the front staff was super nice and helpful with directions. the room size was bigger than i anticipated for a room in this area. i easily walked everywhere, it was an amazing location for exploration.

the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions so at least i didn't have to walk too far.

the promised quiet room was a joke i heard noise all night long and contacting the hotel prior to my stay seemed pointless as my request was ignored then there's the attempted scam at the food emporium across the street where they tried to say my card didn't process properly i find it hard to believe.

The hotel provided a complimentary wine hour each evening. It was a good perk. All staff members were both kind and helpful. Text messages were sent to check on my needs and they were promptly met. The rooms were nice and neat, so I was quite happy.

The lobby could have been a bit cooler. It felt slightly warm.
